This customer agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into as of the date this form is completed between Rainboost and Regional Supply (“Client”). In addition to the terms below, this agreement incorporates by reference Rainboost’s standard Terms & Conditions as may be amended from time to time by Rainboost.
Rainboost agrees to provide the Client non-exclusive with the services. This agreement will be in force for twelve (12) months. Thereafter, any agreement will be in force for a minimum of 12 months beginning the date of execution. Onboarding begins when credit card is successfully charged or confirmation of payment is received. No cancellations will be permitted once onboarding has begun. Early cancellation will result in charging the full contract amount. Thereafter, the contract will auto renew in 12 month increments unless cancelled 30 days prior to the contract term.
All agreements are transferable and fully enforceable in the event of a transfer of ownership (sale, acquisition, merger, etc.) by either Rainboost or Client. By accepting this proposal, you are indicating that you have expressly accepted the terms and conditions in this legal Agreement.
